IIUC, taking a handful of pills often failed because you didn't die...
instead you hurked them all back up. Or really seriously messed with your
body.  It isn't as easy as one might think, apparently.

There was an organization "Hemlock Society" that had guidelines and
meetings and papers.  Dr. K was not part of that.  I think their book was
"Final Exit", something like that.

Dr. K may have administered a shot, like we give animals at the vet's
office when they are put down. I do not know.
