Well there is this: the sport of chess sidesteps the whole locker room issue.

 

I hez to bring this up, but I will, somewhat cautiously: Competition math is completely dominated by XYs, and they don’t have a women’s division in that sport.  From what I can tell, competition math is even more male dominated than chess.  Don’t know why: that sport doesn’t require or benefit from testosterone as far as I can tell.
