[ExI] historic building to be demolished

The local historic society is hoping to save this relic of times past.  In
San Jose, a manufacturing building has been identified which is thought to
have been built prior to 1949:

Imagine the short-sightedness, demolishing a building that could be over 75
years old.  The mind boggles.
