You can say that the brain simulates the world, but that's not the same thing as saying the brain is a simulation. The brain is the CPU, and the world model/simulation is one program it runs. But it runs other programs that allow people to think, solve problems, etc.

I'm not implying that, assuming you mean "can NOT be replicated".
