It looks like Twitter is now blocking people without a Twitter account.
If you want to browse tweets, user profiles, and comment threads on
the web, then you need to be signed in to a Twitter account.
That change should successfully stop millions of people looking at Twitter!

So if a Twitter user wants to circulate an interesting item, they need
to either copy the complete item or post a web link to somewhere
outside Twitter.
