### You do not understand the word "understand", which leads you astray.

The fusiform gyrus color rosettes, while interacting with certain frontal
lobe centers, are the thing that contains the redness quality in the brain.
Other parts of the brain do not contain it. That is the correct and
sufficient answer to the question you asked - "What is it that has the
redness quality in your brain, when you look at this?". There is no
circularity involved, and no attempt at definition, because you asked only
about the anatomical location and I answered that question.

BTW, I am completely disinterested in defining what a "quality" is, in this
context.
