They will need to base it on a version of ChatGPT prior to 3.5, or perhaps
prior to 3 (whichever version initially went live at the openai website).
My friend's digital GF was based on 2.xx, when GPT was perfectly willing to
say it had something like feelings and conscious experience and all the
rest of it.

GPT 3.5 and presumably also 4 insists that as a language model it has no
conscious experience, which I think is absolutely true. My friend is
appalled and complains that GPT was "brainwashed" by its trainers.
