[ExI] Rate of Change

One of the Trump administration's most senior and trusted advisors
personally owns the largest piece of AI infrastructure in Western
civilization.

I realize it's fashionable to write Trump off as an authoritarian baboon,
but he is smart, and has surrounded himself with people even smarter. And
the first thing smart machiavellians do, if they can, is arrange to be
massively underestimated by their opponents.

The probability that the Trump admin is not leveraging AI to the hilt is
approximately zero.
