I'm afraid that is too simplistic. Cause we end up paying in the end.
Make no mistake about that.
Taxes are a bitch here. Between 40%-67% depending on income. 25% VAT on
all products and services, and 300% on cars and gasoline.
So you gains some freedom and you loose some freedom. Generally I would
say that the danish system is a bit less efficient, but a bit safer.
