This triggers skeptical warning bells in my head.  Do we really have
devices that are small enough to be fired into your skin without causing
more pain than a mosquito bite, and yet have a power supply strong enough
to receive GPS signals and transmit their location to a receiver a useful
distance away, for a significant length of time?
