This is an excellent resource, with roots in the repetitive strain
injury community:

This group of people: The Archimedes Project, has been in this
field for while- building input technologies for the disabled.

I still have one of their first experiments ten years ago, controlling
the movement of the mouse on the screen of my Mac IIci via Dragon
dicate running on a 386 machine, converting the DOS keys into Mac ADB
commands. Now the system is much more sophisticated, called the
"Total Access System". One of the main developers is Neil Scott.

[I cannot find a web page for the Total Access System, only
press reports. I suppose you must contact Neil Scott or one
of the Archimedes Project people for that.]

Finally, my (a little bit dated) repetitive strain injury page
which might be useful for all of you computer users out there.
