The site doesn't really explain what you are supposed to do.
A fractal maze is where each of the insets are a smaller
but otherwise identical version of the larger puzzle.  So
you can go down a level.  Or two.  Or three.  The trick is
to get from - to +.

This one is pretty easy, but there are other fractal mazes
so evil you go half crazy trying to solve them.  

I enjoy going half crazy.
