Perhaps what is needed is a rebranding. Something like
"Youth Extension" or "Youth Maintenance" instead of "Life
Extension". Because people don't want to live longer, they
want to be young longer.

I unfortunately can't thing of another word meaning
"physical youth" that doesn't also imply adolescent
behavior.
