Everyone who makes over the minimum deduction and pays US taxes benefit from 
Bush's tax cuts (since he introduced a 10% bracket for the low end).

You may want to rephrase your question to "How much did you benefit from 
Bush's tax cuts?" since pretty much everyone saved a couple hundred bucks or 
so.
