Or two cheers at least. BTW a good place to start pruning govt. spending is in the Defense sector. All those programs where a vet is paid $25,000 for six months work? Terminate 'em. Let the market decide the salary for those sort of jobs. Selective Service ought to be terminated, too. Right away.
