Hubert, the problem with this statement of disownment is that your
elected government selects its consular staff for its ability to be
polite and diplomatic. The sort of rudeness and adherence to dogma and
propaganda exhibited by this consul is the sort of thing one would
expect from a Soviet government diplomat. If this consul is the
standard of politeness that Germans are proud of these days, your own
behavior (in this debate, as well as numerous others with other members
of this list in past years on other topics) is fully explained.
