And here's my forecast: if a world government comes about (unless it's so
late in the day that the Singularity has enough momentum to go through
anyway), it's game over; death may come quickly or slowly, but there will no
longer be a winning move. (For the reasons why, consider why we're speaking
English instead of Chinese right now.)
