It's a dense paper, well-written, and I expect you will find what you are
looking for there. I purchased the paper last summer, thinking about the
Antarctica volcano: Erebus' strombolian eruptions, and what might be the
transport mechanisms of dust into the upper atmosphere. I'll email it to
you.
