Sorry for the confusion. I was referring to the following paragraphs
in my post where Sagan over-estimated the effect of the burning
Kuwaiti oil wells and admitted his mistake.

I have no quarrel at all with the TTAPS studies or with Sagan's normal
brilliance as a scientist.
