Well said Henrique, thanks.  

Keith Henson has proposed offlist a software implementation of something
like what I proposed doing.  Instead of having a human Benevolent Dictator,
the process is automated, taking the human judgment out of the loop.  That
looks like a great way to do list moderation.  

I personally do not like the idea of wielding power, I have never been
comfortable with that, nor with those who are comfortable wielding power.  I
am a reluctant Benevolent Dictator.  Until Keith or another volunteer gets
that software going, the previous sitch is in effect.  My timing is lousy: I
hafta go on a business trip tomorrow and will be out the rest of the week,
but we needed action, not just now, but a long time ago.  If you have
complaints, send them on, I will work them this weekend.  Thanks!
