[extropy-chat] darfur

did anyone notice that Darfur is a conflict over water between the farmers
and the ranchers?  isn't this a micro of the coming water wars?  i wrote my
first article about the privatization of water in 1971.
right now my main issue is.......  if i told you on this list you would
laugh and call me names filled with mirth.  long live the balt o' more sun!
i will never move back east as the berkeley sun never snows. the united
nations started here.  grin,  ilsa
