[ExI] Singularity as a complex adaptive system - What does the environment look like?

If you were to design an environment which includes NBIC advances as 
they affect posthumanism, transhumanism, cyborgs, transhumans, 
posthumans, as contingent and overlapping spheres, what would it look like?
