Snow in Argentina for the first time since Woodrow Wilson occupied the white
house:

People perished.
So if we decide humans are causing climate change and that the planet is
warming, are we then liable for these cold snaps? Who? Those who are not
doing their share to contribute to the warming? Do we have one population
responsible for heat deaths and another responsible for cold deaths?
