That's the year 2000 report.
The WHO has now issued the year 2007 statistics.
You can download the pdf files here:
<http://www.who.int/whosis/whostat2007/en/index.html>

They provide the stats in alphabetical order and don't provide country
rankings, probably for political reasons.

But extracting the data for life expectancy at birth for 2005 -
