In other words, STDs have always been around.  To talk about advocating celibacy to avoid them strikes me as ridiculous.  Ditto for advocating religion.

        PS.: I know it was a joke, but since im here: the flu have much less unpleasant effects, and can be prevented just by boosting your immune system ... (though one might be considered 'weak' by not doing it? =] so maybe not quite a joke... many people do seem to prefer getting it =/)
