Only those with antisocial personality disorder have 1 and 2 turned  
off, and even then it is possible to gain advantage by behaving well  
towards them in the way it is sometimes possible to obtain advantage  
through good behaviour in business. But morality is not about whether  
a strategy is winning or losing.
