Add a few parties hope to "import" voters, so they make immigration easy 
and requirements for acquiring citizenship easier.
This in Italy is a bit more difficult than in other places of Europe, 
like the UK, where aliens could obtain the citizenship in 5 years 
against the 10 years of Italy.
