No ideas on any of that, sorry.

But I did read yesterday that container shipping is still near recent super low 
prices. Costs to ship a container from China to Europe apparently went as low as 
$150 recently, but have rebounded a bit to $300 from what I read. So make sure 
you push for a really good and reduced price when you are making a deal.
