Sent this to cryonet.  Want youse guys to have the opportunity to comment.

A post to the CI google groups list mentioned a Japanese-invented
magnetic-field-mediated freezing technology which *appears* to achieved
ice-crystal free -- as in perfectly(!?) vitrified -- frozen biological
tissue for food preservation.
