Frank, nuking an asteroid is such a difficult flight control problem that I
will predict failure should they attempt it.  There is a cruel irony
attached to these kinds of missions: if they succeed and the asteroid breaks
up, if any part of the asteroid does manage to re-enter, then the commies
will be liable.
