I know the answer!  In fact I have a weak version of psi that I can use on
the lottery.  It is a weak version because it doesn't actually tell me what
the winning lottery number is, but rather after I choose some numbers and
purchase the ticket, my pseudopsi assures me I just picked a loser.  Works
every time.
