I don't even know what "materialism" means; it seems a sort of pre-20th
century formulation, maybe pre-19th century, since QT and SR and GR seem
more like "symmetryism" or "geometrism" or "ergism". I think maybe
"naturalism" is a bit like what most people mean, or "positivism," or
"physicalism."
