I think you could do some classic crowdsourcing on this.

If someone can throw me some archives, I bet I could put something
together pretty quickly that'd let people browse them, and vote on
them. If enough in the transhumanist community read and vote, the good
stuff should float to the top.

Anyone interested in this? Max?
