I think they're primarily making the point that you can't block them
from doing their thing simply by delaying the process. They're also
doing what they contractually agreed to do.

If the man's siblings' intent was to prevent Alcor from freezing his
head, they failed. If their intent was to get the money he paid Alcor
refunded, they failed.
