Cool, but looking at the site, I can't figure out what he is claiming is new
about this design.  Turbines have their uses and may even have value in
automotive use as a series hybrid.  We can harness combustion far more
efficiently if we figure out how to get around the problem of variable speed
and variable load, which you do in series hybrid designs.
