As vaguely related to wikileaks, a friend sent me a link to Spokeo recently.
I found it interesting, because I entered my name (the one that is on my
birth certificate) and it knew about "spike."  I have never tried to keep
that a secret, was listed under spike for 26 years in the company phone
directory for instance.  But I still haven't figured out how Spokeo knew
about that.  It doesn't know about my son either.

Anyways, try it out: type in the name of your old buddy from high school
(assuming he has an unusual name) see what you find:
