Worse than lazy and bored is when the immune system goes into
"disordered" behavior and attacks otherwise healthy parts/functions.
I imagine if your doctor tells you to mitigate RA symptoms by
dark-ages sanitation conditions in your home you'll quickly find a new
doctor.
