[ExI] Bitcoin experience

Not sure Tor was the problem. I heard many people complain about coinbase
(that I usually consider pretty good) to have considered high risk many
transactions that happened when bitcoin was been sold at the dive that
happened few days ago. Was the price of bitcoin very low when you tried to
buy it?
