Funny, I recently started doing just the same. Prob is that vitamin D is
not ideal for "spaghetti supplementation" (throw them against wall and see
what remains stuck), because with there is "too much of a good thing", so I
would also recommend some checking and adjusting, depending on your current
level and reaction.

As to sunlight, I go on with the rule of thumb of having "very little, but
some".
