[ExI] volunteers needed

The US government is currently in a struggle between those who want the fed
to spend way beyond its means fighting those who want the fed to spend still
more beyond that point.  Unless a resolution is found, there is a
possibility Washington DC will shut down on 1 October.  

 

Until the government can get back to its usual tasks, can we get some
American volunteers to spy on each other?
