China is using cyber espionage to steal up to 400 billion *annually,* from
the United States!

What does this portend for the future?  What can the U.S. and other nations
do to properly protect themselves?  Will this challenge get better, or only
worse?  And does the U.S. do the same sort of thing, or is it simply a
matter of us not needing to, since we are technologically superior.
