[ExI] Virtual Reality is where the aliens are

If you were an alien civilization who had mastered at least interstellar if
not intergalactic travel, WHY would you stop on a shitty little planet
broadcasting radio transmissions like probably a bunch of other shitty
little planets you've flown by the past parsec.  Maybe at the most put a
little note on your map saying "come back here in a few millennia."  It's
like asking why we don't try and contact deer civilizations.  If you're
speeding through the galaxy, you better have a Dyson sphere if you want me
to even slow down.
