[ExI] Existential Risks might be underestimated

I believe we have the capacity to greatly increase the biodiversity and life carry-capcity of the entire Earth…increasing not only our own population but the total number of species on our planet, and ultimately, in the solar system or beyond.
I confess to the sins of being an optimist and a humanist. I believe in the value of human life and human intelligence. I believe a human being is of more benefit alive than dead.
