### QM does predict the existence of observers. You can calculate the
evolution of quantum systems, and if you have truly humongous computers you
should be able to do an ab initio QM model deriving the evolution of life
on a planet from the existence of sufficiently large amounts of
gravitationally interacting matter and energy.
