Sure, but it's poor manipulation that doesn't favor either choice. If you
really want to avoid the opt-in/opt-out/default business, don't have a
default and require everyone to make a choice:
I choose:
Plan Foo ___
Plan Bar ___
And the order of the choices should be randomized because, no doubt, people
tend to prefer either the first or last choice.
