stranger buy land in my cooperative, I would want them to show me proof of
insurance against accidental nuclear weapon discharge. You don't want
neighbors who are sloppy with their nukes!

Also, I might feel suspicious about anybody who buys warheads over 5
megatons. Why would any reasonable person want a 10 megaton warhead?

Stay reasonable, that's what I am telling myself every day :)
