Nope. Normal people doing normal crimes isn't the cause of government
overreach and government surveillance isn't the fix.

Sure, but the more complex the program, the harder it is to make it secure.
An unhackable operating system is pretty unrealistic, for an operating
system that's generally useful. A human-level AI would vastly more complex
than that.
