[ExI] Quantum Computer Factoring

Just a few years ago the best a Quantum Computer could do is figure out
that the factors of 15 were 3 and 5 but things have improved, very recently
a Quantum Computer figured out that the factors of 1,099,551,473,989  are
1,048,589 and 1,048,601.
