The black swan describes the in-frequency, not the "badness" attributing
anything to the blackness (i guess)

the opposite of 3 stdev left of the normalized bell distribution is 3 stdev
right, but that has the same likelihood...

therefore: the opposite of a black swan event is a black swan event.
