The respondent reasoned he may have been a brain donor, but the surgeons took the hemisphere which contains memory.  

 

If so, the donor only needs to find a person who knows all the stuff the donor used to know.  The problem is that donor no longer knows what he used to know, so if he meets a really smart person, he has no way of knowing how the recipient got that way.  

 

I don’t know how I got this way, but every time I see Anders Sandberg, I grow suspicious.
